1 November, Kathmandu. The Best Airlines Award will be held in Nepal for the first time. The organizers have announced that the ‘Best Airlines Award Nepal 2022’ will be announced on 13 December 2022.
Best airlines will be awarded on the day in 16 different categories. Only 3 categories are allotted for Nepali Airlines. Airlines operating international flights from Nepal will compete in 11 categories, while the remaining 2 categories are said to select the best from various partners who play a role in making air aviation safe and comfortable.
The award will be decided on the basis of public opinion and decision of the jury, which will be telecast through various channels.
The Best Airlines Awards, which will be organized in partnership with the Nepal Tourism Board, will be contested by 9 domestic airlines out of 27 airlines currently flying to various international destinations via Kathmandu.
To strengthen the fairness and dignity of the award, the organizers claim that they have not received any financial support, nomination fee or sponsorship from airlines and organizations associated with airline business as service providers in Nepal.
The hospitality partner for the event is Hyatt Place Kathmandu. An agreement was signed on Wednesday between Hyatt Place Kathmandu and Best Airlines Awards Nepal as the hospitality partner of Best Airlines Awards Nepal 2022.
