Speaking at a dialogue program of UML leaders and activists in Kathmandu’s Achham district on Saturday, Vice President Rawal mentioned Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba had referred to as the MCC vice-chairman to Nepal to get the MCC authorised by Parliament.
