Dheeraj Magar starrer ‘Jackie: I Am Twenty One’ to release on 21 Baisakh


Kathmandu. Dheeraj Magar starrer film ‘Jackie: I Am Twenty One’ is going to release on 21 Baisakh. Production company Eyecore Films on Thursday announced the new title of the film and fixed the screening date on the occasion of Saraswati Puja. Although it was previously called ‘I’m Twenty One’, ‘Jackie’ has been added to the name.

After the completion of the shooting, Icore has made an official announcement of the film. Magar will act in the lead role. This is the second collaboration of Dheeraj with the production company, who made his acting debut with iCore’s previous film ‘Intu Mintu Londonam’.

We have changed the name of the film to focus more on the main character. We hope the film will be more character-oriented,’ producer Prajwal Rana told Online News.

Directed by Rensha Rai Rana, the film stars Jasita Gurung, Arun Chhetri and others. The film tells the story of Taneri who chases her dream. The film is based on the story of how circumstances create challenges to fulfill a dream. The film, shot during the Corona pandemic, is currently in post-production.

The film is produced by Prajwal and Prabhushamsher Jabra under the banner Eyecore. The music of the film is given by Kali Prasad Baskota and Rohit Shakya and cinematography is done by Sushan Prajapati. Dheeraj’s debut film ‘Intumintu London’ did well at the domestic box office.
