Film 'Tulki' passes censorship



9 Manseer, Kathmandu. The film ‘Tulki’ has passed the censorship. The Central Film Examination Pass Committee of the Film Development Board has given permission to Tulki for the screening. The film has got the Universal Certificate. Moreover, the film will now be available for audiences of any age group.

‘Tulki’ features Shishir Wangdale, Swastima Karki, Himali Hamal, Naren Tamang, Ratna Prasad Nupane, Som Lama, Shekhar Lama, Saujan Subba, Dirgh Lama, Bhakt Singh Kathayat and others.

RP Karamchari and Shekhar Lama have invested in Laxman Sunar’s story ‘Tulki’ and filmed and directed by Dev Jung Thapa. According to the production team, the film has been made after four years of study. According to the makers, 90 lakh rupees have been invested in the film so far.

It is said that before Nepal, ‘Tulki’ will be shown in different countries and will also participate in international film festivals.

The production team has released the first look poster and teaser of the film two months back.
