Mahalaxmi Development Bank issued auction notice contrary to NRB policy


August 20, Kathmandu. After paying principal and curiosity to Vishnu Maharjan of Lalitpur in February, 2072 AD, after six years, the financial institution refused to grant bail to the Kumaripati department of Mahalaxmi Development Bank, saying it was pretend.

But the financial institution returned the gold after registering a grievance at Nepal Rashtra Bank and Police Complex, Lalitpur. In an announcement issued on Sunday, the financial institution stated it took time to finish the mortgage course of and the collateral was returned.

He had pledged gold to take a mortgage of Rs 14 lakh from a financial institution. The financial institution had claimed that the identical gold was pretend after six years.

But after the dispute reached the police and Rashtra Bank, the financial institution returned the cash. Earlier it was not clear why the financial institution had made bogus claims.
