Rule Nepali Congress Party It has been decided to mourn the death of its intellectual leader Pradeep Giri for 13 days.
In an emergency meeting of the party’s central working committee held on Sunday morning, it was decided to lower the party flags at half-mast for the first three days as a sign of mourning. There will be a condolence book at the party’s head offices across the country to pay their last respects to the popular socialist ideologue.
Similarly, the party will organize a condolence meeting on the 13th day of his death.
Till then the Nepali Congress will not hold any formal program other than mourning and mourning.
Pradeep Giri, a sitting member of the House of Representatives, passed away on Saturday.
