September 27, Kathmandu. Labor, Employment and Social Security Minister Krishan Kumar Shrestha (Farmer) has said that the government will support the implementation of the Mankamna Mandir master plan.
Minister Shrestha, who reached Mankamana temple today on the eighth day of the festival, said this during a meeting with the officials of Mankamna Area Development Committee.
Taking information about the master plan prepared by the Mankamana Area Development Committee, he said that he would take the initiative to implement the master plan from the government’s side soon. “I will take initiative on behalf of individuals and the government for the development of Mankamana Mandir,” he said.
On this occasion, Mankamana Area Development Committee Chairman Raj Kumar Joshi informed the Minister Shrestha about the master plan. Mankamna Temple, which has been closed for a long time due to Corona infection, has been reopened on 8 September. The famous Manakana temple is visited by thousands of devotees every year. They worship, offer sacrifices and fly pigeons.
